Development of a life-cycle product support strategy and plan are critical steps in the delivery of the product support package. The LCSP remains BiFact's active management tool throughout the operations and sustainment of the system, and to ensure sustainment performance satisfies the customer’s needs. Out practice includes:

Develop a performance-based product support strategy that provides for competition and leverages common infrastructure and resources across programs and Components

Develop and implement product support arrangements

Assess and adjust resource allocations and performance requirements

Sustainment Risk Management: Reporting/identifying risks, determining the criteria under which risks are defined and categorized (typically based on probability of occurrence and consequence).
